Only Job Security, and giving opportunity to freshers.

There is no growth, no promotion even if you hard and smart. Nobody is going to value your work . At the Time od apprisal they will literally give you example like you come late office 15 min and this 15 min can be a 1500 min in 100 days lol😂. I say never ever join tcs

The days passed by 9th year completing still feels like yesterday.

Manager doesn't use your expertise, instead they ask to keep on learning new task every month, to form an backup. Dozens of dislike, no promotion, when we talk they ignores and when we stop working then they say appraisal will get bad, hence no promotion. Very poor managing company, it's for retirement old people company as newly candidates have no future.

We have many job opportunity in TCS we can develop ourself well in this organization. Very safe and secure job for all men and women especially women. Company culture is very good not only give important to work and for enjoyment also there all festival mood were celebrated in company. And sports activity also conducted. Appraisal and recommendations are not satisfactory. India's inflation rate starts at 8% hence if yearly appraisal is below 5% then we are not even beating the inflation with our hike which is a pain at TCS

Freshers don’t get to choose the technology they want to work on. So, as a fresher, I suggest not joining TCS. The HR team is not supportive at all, and they don’t understand the value of employees.

Poor infrastructure, lack basic software for new joiner like Microsoft Team, Outlook, webmail thay too upto 200 MB only , 70 % cut Quaterly performance pay without any reason for all employees new joiner also.Lot of process for simple thong also .

1. No anniversary appraisal pay raise. Annual Appraisal cycle is April to April and criteria for annual appraisal is 1 year. So, if you join in May 2025, your first appraisal with pay hike will be in April 2027, as you won't be completing 1 year in April 2026!!! 2. No approvals for external certifications 3. Compulsory wfo even if client approves wfh. 4. If you are joining with grade C3A and above, you will only receive 20-30% of monthly and quarterly performance pay....Read More
