Few campus in some cities are of City which might not give a work-life balance due to travelling. No hybrid or work from office culture Very very less promotion and hike percentage.

Tcs as a company is a very good company but if you compare it to the project requirements it’s one of the most dissatisfying project I ever worked with because even though Tcs is offering many options but if you are in a project which requires your presence 24 seven you cannot participate in any event or any skill development.

Work life balance is critical because there are 4 rotational shift and very frequently changes. Salary is poor other than other company, here decrease my skill and after your given 100% effort you can't expect a good promotion due to office politics.

There is no growth, no promotion even if you hard and smart. Nobody is going to value your work . At the Time od apprisal they will literally give you example like you come late office 15 min and this 15 min can be a 1500 min in 100 days lol😂. I say never ever join tcs

The days passed by 9th year completing still feels like yesterday.

Manager doesn't use your expertise, instead they ask to keep on learning new task every month, to form an backup. Dozens of dislike, no promotion, when we talk they ignores and when we stop working then they say appraisal will get bad, hence no promotion. Very poor managing company, it's for retirement old people company as newly candidates have no future.

Work Life Balance depends on projects only. If you are skilled enough, your life will settle as TCS provide top notch job security. You will get lot of learning opportunity even in any projects.

In some projects, you may need to attend night meetings because most of the project's people are from onsite. So, you are required to attend the meetings during night times even you are working in Indian hours.

Have a great company culture, you feel included , celebrate every occasion and quarterly team lunch or initiatives for outings are present where you can network and have fun with different teams. Everything is bad in TCS. World's worst company to work with. I was shocked when our legend Mr. Ratan Tata passed away and our manager didn't even took a minute for mourn or paid any tribute to the legend. That day I felt there is no human working in TCS, all are machine.
