They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

No proper Promotions policy , too kuch policy in deciding the name of a reaource who will get promoted .No matter how many times you have got top rating there is still no rule for promotions . Changing a project or learning a new skill is still a challenge , no matter hoa many years you have dedicated in a single project or skills . They will not release you

My overall TCS experience is good. I learned lot of new things in a TCS. TCS gives opportunity to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

TCS is a service base company so maximum revenue they are earning from support projects. Fresher's expect more development project but maximum time fresher's get allocated to support projects.

I am not sure about TCS culture but Culture cultivated by my GL in Frontier project Mr. ABHISHEK DIKSHIT is the worst. I never saw such humiliation, Harrasment,Hooliganism,exploitation and illiteracy in any other organisations. Regret joining a BPS after having lovely corporate experience.

1) HR, Admin and IT Team are worst. No one listens to the Employees. 2) Appraisel is really bad. 3) Work Life balance depends on the project. 4) Not a friendly environment in the Company. 5) Most of the Employees have started their career in TCS, so working at a low payscale, so they never accept the outsider.
