Excellent job security. Unless any serious compliance issue, no firing. Work-Life balance is ok. Easy to take leaves. People don’t disturb much while on leave.

Dislikes

Very very slow growth. If you are a lateral hire with high package, it will be extremely difficult to get any good bands and salary hikes. Promotion to next position is a distant dream. Salary hikes throughout the organisation in general is extremely low for all grades.

When it comes to hike then not sure world situations affect the appraisal cycle. Management keep waiting how to snatch the employees salary. Infact we get mails once a week that tcs got billion dollar contract. Where does these money go..kooks like CEOs are busy taking incentives from there

Work from policy is completely flop policy. There is no seat arrangement in office. Basic things are missing. Worst management. Nobody there to listen.

Don't join the company until you get satisfied salary package because in TCS increment is just for formalities. Join the TCS and forget the increment. HR politics is high

You are not going to be fired, that's the only good thing about this company.

Even in 2025 you have to go to the office and spent at least 2 - 3 hours in travelling despite we all know that remote work is the most efficient method. 4% salary hike in 2025 with this much inflation and for year 2025 it seems there won't be any hike at all Forget about promotion in this company until unless you are your manager'sfavourite.
