Job security, medical facilities and company culture are very good .

Dislikes

Work life balance is critical because there are 4 rotational shift and very frequently changes. Salary is poor other than other company, here decrease my skill and after your given 100% effort you can't expect a good promotion due to office politics.

This is my first job I am so happy when I joined and learned skills , improved my self and I like the policy, work life balance, opportunity to meet people with well knowledge, experience . I like the respective towards women and they care employees ,their health I am Missing tcs environment . overall well and good.

I felt upset sometimes because of people around me but overcome that . nothing dislikes are there I like Tcs it's my pleasure to be part of tcs.

Freshers don’t get to choose the technology they want to work on. So, as a fresher, I suggest not joining TCS. The HR team is not supportive at all, and they don’t understand the value of employees.

They promote free loader work culture. Skill development on name only. Company culture: Toxic Salary: Even ola driver and Panipuri seller earns more with comfort. Promotions: What are that?.

Poor infrastructure, lack basic software for new joiner like Microsoft Team, Outlook, webmail thay too upto 200 MB only , 70 % cut Quaterly performance pay without any reason for all employees new joiner also.Lot of process for simple thong also .

1. No anniversary appraisal pay raise. Annual Appraisal cycle is April to April and criteria for annual appraisal is 1 year. So, if you join in May 2025, your first appraisal with pay hike will be in April 2027, as you won't be completing 1 year in April 2026!!! 2. No approvals for external certifications 3.
