Lucky to have a friendly team and leaders in the office. The culture , behaviours all are very positive towards associates. Learning about new techniques , the path of growth , behavioural attitudes all you will learn from this organization if you will ready to be a part of this genuine MNC.

Work pressure is there very much, but although you can handle it. But after all this if you not getting enough monetary benefits , you will feel depressed and hopeless after some time. No doubt, they paid their employees before month end but sometimes variable pays are waiting for us for too long time.

In the time of pandemic, I think they were the only one who recruit the most. Work life balance is 60-40. So no doubt a little pressure you will always face. But still you have to fight a little to get a better work life balance
