- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. No growth in appraisal/ promotion, learning. More work pressure on the person who works . Work will not be balanced among the team. Everything will be on few people who works and rest of them can sit idle and enjoy the benefits

The salary hike is very bad even with good ratings. Promotions got delayed and you have to face many politics within project.

Fully controlled by HR. Right from the seat allocation to employee benefits Manager have no control over the employee. Admin team should have the control over seat allocation. But here lot of process that has dependency with HR. Location transfer is a simple process in other companies. But here it is very complex process. Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.

Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.

Some of the top management folks are absolute waste making the TCS brand degraded. Some policies like 5 day work from office makes no sense where team is pan India located and not in one place.
