Flexible work timings. Friendly environment. Good for experienced person.

Management doesn't listen. Management don't interact with Employees on appraisal cycle. Worst Hike 1.5% or 3%. No promotions. Salary provided is less than average of market. Do not join as fresher. Engineers don't succeed in their career if they keep working in Support projects.
