It's a wonderful company and policy.
Dislikes
Company and its policy may be good. But All depends on your project manager.
Work Details
Work days: Alternate Saturday off
(Strict Timings)
Company is a good place to work with especially for ladies. Employee leave policies are good. Very good learning platform for skill development. Many opportunities inside the company in case of any ramp downs.
Dislikes
Promotions & salary hike is horrible. Long working hours. Toxic HR politics. RMG will not be helpful in finding our preferred role inside.
