Work-life balance is the only thing which one likes about TCS but this comes with a heavy price. What I mean is, to get this benefit, you comprise on salary and promotions.

Dislikes

Poor Salary structure, unrecognised approach of doing promotions. Skill development is for leaders and not for junior grades, to be able apply for such courses, you need to prove your metal 1st.
