Learning is given utmost importance. Also, TCS provides transportation facility which is really really good. Cabs will be assigned at night shift.

You need to work harder and harder for very very few pennies. No appraisals are given. Rotational shifts are there.

Hiring system ...that means people should get project on there skills I observed batch of people is coming on project who belongs to another skills .Project required skills and own skills are different. Hike in salary

70% projects are support projects. If you join as a fresher you have to suffer in career because you dream for good project and growth in career but you get support projects you can't learn new technologies except corporate culture. I will suggest to those who think to get into TCS as fresher I will not recommend strongly, as a experienced I will strongly suggest to join in TCS.
