They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Dislikes

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

•RMG in TCS is bad as they don’t give any bother about you or the your dreams. Especially with young professionals between 1-4 years they don’t respect and treat as commodities and assign you projects against your will. Not 100% RMG are this way as I have noticed some good people among them but most of them just want to achieve their targets. 10 Hrs.- Working Hrs.compulsory.Eventhough employee who newly get appointment,not having tasks initially still that employee has to seat total hrs .Work pressure damages the employee 's health and employee can't be more productive if he always cries for long time work hrs.

Leads and HR here feels they own the employees they don’t even care how badly it impacts the mental health of employees. Even the mental health support helplines are useless

As everyone mentions job security is great. Skill development and learning aspect is good but very less chance of using it practically what ever you have learnt. In TCS everything depends on what project you are in. If you are in BPS tag its better to develop skills and salary hike for BPS is very less

Before anyone reading this once again i have to mention everything depends on the project. 1. Work culture 2. Managers are toxic and they treat you badly 3. There is no use of having certain skills and not using it practically 4. They don't respect the skills set you are having 5. There is very less hike for BPS tag. 6. If you ever moved to bench, While attending project interview. Don't trust managers whatever they say and don't give approval to mail easily by trusting manager information. 7. A lot of harrasment in work environment. HR is least bothered about employee satisfaction. Food quality, even drinking water is not available. Everything is bad here. Too much politics in management. Management just tortures the associates. They don't use resources according to their skill sets

Very Poor Salary with 1 percent hike annually. Have to go to office everyday. Offices are very bad with poor hygiene, even drinking water is not filtered. Toilets are dirty and don't work. Culture is worst with extremely bad politics and leg pulling.
