The infrastructure of the company and the management is good that keeps the balance between every team and they are very much flexible. And company policies and benifits are also well.

Dislikes

There is a huge number of corporate politics that is why sometimes management is least bothered about various issues with the employees. And the salary is well and good but the growth is very slow.
