My team was cooperative, friendly and very helpful. There's a sense of job security in TCS. The project was good and I had good learning there. The client was very supportive. Overall the work culture in this project was average.

Dislikes

I did not see any career growth in my project. Due to WFH, manager expects employees to be available 24x7. At times, I have worked 12-14 hours a day ; attending client calls, internal calls and managing work. There was a lot of work pressure. Seems like we were rushing to complete the tasks and deliver to customer. Initially, there was no work-life balance at all in the project. After many escalations shift timings were fixed. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
