The project which I was in was so worst and they harassed me mentally so badly , even being fresher they wanted and gave me heavy load of work to handle alone and when i complained I cannot do alone they raised PIP against me and threatened me to terminate, I seeked release from project but they didn't give instead were so horrible towards me. Hence I kindly resigned without able to hold such a horrible scenario and pressure which any fresher cannot handle....Read More

They treat you like objects, they don’t really care about your aspirations. If you get unlucky you will be mapped to support projects with no growth and no way out, definitely sucks for someone from CS/IT background. Working as support for a client location is the worst thing that could happen. Poor work environment, poor quality food and no sufficient chairs and/or computers to occupy, very low growth opportunities, usually will assign monitoring or excel work. Lack of motivated people and outdated mindset’s. Salary is another down side if you join as a TCS Ninja, and you are made to move out of your home state, you will have almost 0 savings depending on the city you live in.
