TCS is a great brand....but your satisfaction is completed based on which process you have aligned to and its management. Again reiterating, TCS is a brand to associate with. Job security is prime importance here

Dislikes

There is no proper governance structure in place.....Its so such that every process operates as per its wish and the ultimate management could not have a clue of what's going at the bottom. Unlimited hierarchies just make it further difficult.

There is absolutely no work-life balance here..in no other organization, do we have such long working hours....Most of the health problems, problems in conceiving/ child bearing seen in people today are from TCS... this is due to long working hours. Its not worth to have job security n other facilities TCS provides at the cost of many many other issues..
