See it's not about the Tcs, it's about the project you are assigned. If you are lucky in that regard then everything is green if not then you have to work your way out.

Dislikes

At the end you won't fill like that you work in Tcs, bcuz everything depends upon project to project. You will be treated like your project rules. Also your life will depend upon the project you are assigned.

The increment is too low and very low in comparison of this industry market and promotion transperency is not there. Promotion is also a tough thing to achive after so long tanurity. We work here with loyalty and dedication but we did not get anything against this.

TCS is good as an organisation but just it is due to the tag of Sir Ratan Tata. Higher management is not aware what is having in the ground level.

Dislikes

HR policies and HR doesnot do here HR management, they just do Order management. They hire and fire in the name of BGC. There BGC team is worthless they donot know the genuinity of any case.

HR is putting extreme pressure to work from office even people with several challenges. Why they are not giving flexibility to remote working in IT projects. No promotions, no growth. Working with total compromise. No Onsite opportunities. Totally frustrating working for 12 years now !
