Opportunities to learn and truly contribute to client delight, personal and professional satisfaction. Work is very rewarding in that sense (not always monetary side). Job security is quite good.
Culture needs to improve to understand work life balance and more women inclusion. Senior leadership needs more women and more empathy. Salary across is extremely low and this is a problem across BFSI companies. Promotions are very slow and that's demotivating leading to loss of good talent.

Do not join TCS Internal IT unit ever, very fraud management and RSDO for Delhi Branch, they are poison for Employees. Specially Subir Mukherjee, Ajita Varma, Rachit Goel. They will bite you like snake, never join this unit. After completing their work, they will never identify who are you, toxic work environment and no growth at all.

One such manager Mohit Pandey in TCS iON delivery team dont know the team and people management and hence give work to silent and sincere employees and other employees who resist to do work by giving any reasons like the are not understanding the process and take frequent leaves, enjoy to get salary juat for attending the office and roaming. Even after 6 months of trainings, these employyes need hand holding and spoon fiding, which the managers tell sincere employees to do, along with their overloaded tasks. While HR Business Partners (HRBPs) are presented as an independent vertical, in reality, they function as enablers of senior management’s decisions rather than advocates for employees. The higher management, particularly within PS India (Indian projects), often exhibits unprofessional behavior—marked by arrogance, a lack of basic courtesy, and an unreasonable approach. There is Nothing to like here.
Manager shouts at you and humiliates you in front of others. They load you with too much work which takes 12 hrs of working in the weekdays and also in weekends. There is favoritism so you will have to also take up the work of people who do not work and happily butter manager for a living. It is a very toxic workplace. They keep 5 lpa as your variable pay and hardly pay 20 percent of that so your ctc is reduced by 4lpa straightway. Hike is 1 - 2 percent annually. They do not maintain any hygiene in the canteens and there are flies and cats and dogs roaming around. Bathrooms are dirty and so is the drinking water. You will never get promotion here....Read More
