Extremely secured job unless one does any fraud or gets involved in harrasment cases. Also the medical benefits are one of the best and keeps you out of worries.

Compensation structure is average. Yearly increment is not upto the mark and even the %hike during promotion is around 11-14%. That basically does not help people grow financially at all. No bonus. Also this is a role based organisation hence responsibilities are given bt on papers unless you get promoted your money won't increase and getting promoted here is really difficult.
