The company maintains a perfect work life balance in some projects and have a good cultural path in each sectors. Makes us learning daily with variety of activities and educational programs.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotions are given for the employees in average scale which makes the employees to think about jumping the company. Other than that its a very good company.

Medical Benefits and Tag to impress others for being a TCS Employee. I've got released within 1 month after paying 2 months basic salary, is the only thing to say good about throughout my tennure. Thanks to the Supervisor angel person.

1. Next to terrible on appraisal n salary hike n promotion part. 2. HR and RMG are all blood sucking vampires, never were and never will work in employee favour. 3. Supervisor is favor making machine BUT ONLY for Girls and his favourite ones who are always ready to catch his shit. 4. Asking for release from project feels like you'veasked for one of the kidney of Supervisor, he will try giving all the possible excuses which makes no sense but you'll fall prey easily as you are not aware of company policies which happens in 99% cases and for remaining tennure you'll hv to live on supervisor's mercy. After changing almost 5 projects, last one was life changing and finally decided to say TATA to Tata. Leadership lies whenever they want to, They try to micro manage everything, They will scapegoat you when something is not going well, they did it with me. They do not value their clients and their deliveries, and neither their employees.

The Hr's are the worst , in the backend they force employees to quit the job otherwise they will fire you within a single day. Worst thing I have ever faced and seen.

There is nothing to like about tcs. If you want to stay forever then only come toh tcs. Because in tcs , you will not able to learn anything. They will tell you about project and when you accept that project and start attending calls then you come to know that this is very different what they told.

Does not have good Projects. No learning. Forcefully put in manual testing work. No appraisal and hike.

Bossism , Regionalism of Andhra Folks, pure politics, no hikes at all , bitching and voilent leads , Extremely toxic culture, too much pressure in the project, no recognition, no acknowledgement, no spot awards , Nothing to add particularly in CV , all stupid support work , pathetic, pathetic and extremely pathetic project. The overall experience is good, but need to get more exposure if are in a big team otherwise your notable works are not even considered on appraisals/promotions.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not prior based on performance alone. Also not a good company if you are joining as a fresher, I would suggest if you are joining after 2-3 companies.

Appraisal pattern was horifing , favouriteism are there for Appraisal , RNR, work from home facility, company policy is against favouriteism under the Tata code of conduct but still it is very common in projects. Experience and talented employee get 3-4 % salary hike for YOY but favourite employee gets 7% hike minimum.

Only labors can work here not engineers. It’s not a IT COMPANY It’s a labour shop where labors getting delivered to clients . Nothing to like just hate this company.
