I m working in TCS since 2020 and i am sharing my experiance toward the organisation. In terms of job security tcs is a great platform. Experiance candidate who have higher package and they are happy with current package can join TCS, In TCS you will not judge on performance basis you will many internal opportunity to growth within the organisation.

Dislikes

Freshers think twice before joining the tcs has very minimum hike compare to other org.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
