Coming the benefits I have never seen such benefits some one giving Job security, Best Health Insurance for family , Cab facility, much more I am happy with the organisation in terms of benefits what we get.

Dislikes

Which I have abserved is management is not so responsible and coming to if any issues happens like assets replacement, new ID card issuing, related they took many months to resolve that issue. Lengthy process for any problem happened. Coming to salary increment for most employee get 2% to 5% hike every year. Many employees are setting Idle in the project

It's a great company for the people who have experienced. And job security is the best part of TCS. I am not saying work pressure is less but less than other MNC companies.

TCS is best place for those who have another source of income, it also provides the 100% job security till now. It's medical facilities is very effective and very quick.

Dislikes

Appraisal and the increment in salary is very bad and even the work life balance is also not there. The main concern is the very less salary increment and the low amount of appraisal. Many a time this concern has been raised, but management is still failed to resolve this issue. It causes the employee to leave the organization. Job satisfaction and people are working here from more then 15 year because of comfort zone.

No bonus , no increment , not even a packet of sweets in Diwali or any fastival and if u get A in a year u will get 5% to 7% salary hike .

Everything.. Starting from worklife balance, culture, people there aren't skilled enough, no way to learn things, the company doesn't promote celebrations of festivals, no bonus or incentives.. Hikes and increments aren't given properly, promotion system is too poor there. Employees aren't motivated in the company.. And there's nothing such cultural activities to boost employees.

Few departments have good managers that creat good healthy environment to work.TCS only has fake brand value but on inner side grond level situation of employees totally linked to Manager under whome they report.

No monitory benefits for ground level.Hr is bias for high Authority people who creat unhealthy work atmosphere .Top management politics creates worst pressure of work to ground level people.

The salary hike is a joke. B band gets 5% and C gets 3%. A gets 8% to 12% (if your boss recommends higher pay hike so there's no way to guys getting A band are treated equally based on their performance. Promotions are not merit based. So you have to ask for it, make noise and keep following up. If you're an introvert, forget your promotion. HR policies are strictly enforced in the letter. Not even HR knows the spirit of the rules. Someone on the bench is asked to travel 45kms one way to spend 9 hours in the office only for the compliance to RTO rules. TCS cares is a myth. No ethics, integrity at senior level. Freshers are treated like resources. Senior's are egoistic and do manipulative tactics at freshers. More importance is given to non-skilled employee than skilled one. Veg ambience in regional places is not good. There is biasness and discrimination in regional offices.

Management sucks. Hr department is of no use, they will help you with nothing. No Appraisal or appreciation for young talents. Salary hike is literally so bad, there will no zeal left in you to work hard. Buttering your manager is considered the only option to get promotion in the company and it's a fact. And if you are genuinely hardworking you might get Appraisal but after many many years.

Most People don't care about their work, it is like we got into a non fireable job hence we are not gonna do quality work, similar to this management barely promotes people and when they do they offer very poor hikes.

Work pressure depends on the projects, if you are lucky you will only have 1 hour of work. If you are extremely unlucky you will have to work on weekends if the project demands without any compoff or benefits.

Old bags in the company decides your upraisal, if they have any vengeance or personal ego you will not get a good rating/performance band.
