Coming the benefits I have never seen such benefits some one giving Job security, Best Health Insurance for family , Cab facility, much more I am happy with the organisation in terms of benefits what we get.

Dislikes

Which I have abserved is management is not so responsible and coming to if any issues happens like assets replacement, new ID card issuing, related they took many months to resolve that issue. Lengthy process for any problem happened. Coming to salary increment for most employee get 2% to 5% hike every year. Many employees are setting Idle in the project

It's a great company for the people who have experienced. And job security is the best part of TCS. I am not saying work pressure is less but less than other MNC companies.

TCS is best place for those who have another source of income, it also provides the 100% job security till now. It's medical facilities is very effective and very quick.

Dislikes

Appraisal and the increment in salary is very bad and even the work life balance is also not there. The main concern is the very less salary increment and the low amount of appraisal. Many a time this concern has been raised, but management is still failed to resolve this issue. It causes the employee to leave the organization. For freshers, it is not the correct company to start their career atleast in BPS sector, not known for IT sector....Read More

No bonus , no increment , not even a packet of sweets in Diwali or any fastival and if u get A in a year u will get 5% to 7% salary hike .

Everything.. Starting from worklife balance, culture, people there aren't skilled enough, no way to learn things, the company doesn't promote celebrations of festivals, no bonus or incentives.. Hikes and increments aren't given properly, promotion system is too poor there. Employees aren't motivated in the company.. And there's nothing such cultural activities to boost employees.

Few departments have good managers that creat good healthy environment to work.TCS only has fake brand value but on inner side grond level situation of employees totally linked to Manager under whome they report.

No monitory benefits for ground level.Hr is bias for high Authority people who creat unhealthy work atmosphere .Top management politics creates worst pressure of work to ground level people.

Beaurocratic Management. They impose things on you. Ratings and bands are not related. A person with less IPF can get better Band compared to one who has higher IPF Promotions is a big challenge. You will sped 8 years or more if you are in mid senior level (asoc) Salary component includes variables but you will get 20-35% of it onlyIncrements (2-3%) will be only on paper. Your salary will never increase in hand. If you are getting 1L increment then be rest assured that 40 k will be on fixed and 60k on qva which you will never get in full. Most of the people leave this company for salary issue, TL/Manager wants 100% target with 100% quality but not think about the employees salary. I'm really disappointed about this thing 😔

Worl life balance is good in tcs but again it's depends on your project salary is very less comparatively market standards but tcs gives hundreds percent job gaurantee. Working in tcs is like working in government job
