Sutherland gives you great freedom and workplace is nice and also provide decent amount of incentives on job. Career growth will be slower but will surely have career growth.

The only thing I liked was permanent work from home.

Dislikes

The company terminated me because I stood for my own country against an abusing Pakistani customer. The appraisal is super bad just 1000-2000 rupees hike and the company culture is also negative and it's all just politics. There is no learning curve. I always got 3000-4000 lesser than my actual salary and the answer to this was "We will look into this".
