Sutherland is a renowned company, all the employees were amazing, i have learnt lot of things from Sutherland global services. It's like a government job di not worry about job security.

Sutherland is a amazing organisation, Bhopal side was new a pilot batch they didi not gave us any opportunity for promotion , also work culture are very poor, team leader Susmita Ghosh is one of a example. Manegement were very poor. HR has not contribution. If you asking for any help from HR she said she will ask the things with Salil sir our operations manager then she will confirm. No pressure environment for agents, good support for information required to do the job. Some leaders are highly understanding, respects you doesn't talk wrong about you nor behind your back. Motivates you to do your job helps to solve problems.

Superior such as your team manager will just hear out your problem rather than solving, breaks are alloted you can't take breaks on your own, trainers will scare you don't do this or don't do that you will get expelled. When you tell your problem such as sick, not well etc the manager or thier boss will start ranting about their problem, even they are sick and still they are reporting, certain managers will ask you to wait even after log out but won't plot any meeting during your log in hours as it hampers their "Productivity". You'll get managers who will ask you to join meeting if you deny they will threaten you that they will hand you the warning letter.
