Worked for Sutherland for 1 year Was working with very good team and was nicely handled by my team leader environment was very good

The process which I was working for in Sutherland there is totally a politics my ratings was 4.5 out of 5 but haven't received that kind of corporation from the management which I was wishing that I will get. People with lower ratings were receiving all the benefits so it's my suggestion to please stop this policits.
