When Office (Startek) "Rules" Only Apply to Some So, fun fact: I was recently sacked from my job for apparently violating company policies by posting a harmless Instagram reel from the office premises—wearing my office tag (because hey, I like being on-brand ). But here’s the kicker. The HR queen AISHI CHAKRABORTY who brought up my “violation” is still happily employed, despite her own Facebook photos and reels taken from—you guessed it—the same office wearing the same office tag. I guess there’s an exclusive VIP list for “rules” that I just wasn’t cool enough to be on. Rules for me but not for thee, huh? Dear Startek, Thanks for turning a deaf ear to my escalation. Jo log Higher Post me hai ekdum gande log hai Unko bhale kuch na aaye humse woh sb karwate hai starting me ache banne ka acting krte hai jase hum product me aaye unka achai ekdum se chla gya aur jitna burai krun kaam hai . Mene socha job lag gya abb koi tension nhi Achanak se mere ko nikal diye woh v month mid me ase kroge koi nhi tikega ofc me .

Company is very good but (Worst experience with company staff )company is good at its place but what I think that staff of company like assistant manager , supervisor, OM and ,TL's are the bodies who make company and represents it but management of some processes are very bad .

In some process like Zomato one of them 90% management are unresponsive even not supportive while I woked in flipkart approx 5 month in startek whole management is very professional and responsive they support each other like family but some processes management are worst in startek the company should worked on it

Worst and the most toxic oranganisation to ever work with. They force their employees to do overtime everyday. They will not give you off on friday forget about sunday and saturday. You can not take a day off on your festivals, the managers are even more toxic inhumane

Yes you learn how to play in private sectors and do politics and develop skill and communication👍🏻

Environment not good canteen food was not good and also the system are not working always they stuck and due to this agents have to extend there shift 😞

HR - Employee Relations Team is poor. Admin - Poor management of office Overall Environment - They will not care about anything rather than work, they have terminated so many employees without proper reasons, they have never arranged any outing for team with company budget, ER team is pathetic, Employee development or training- nothing, they never took any training sessions for support staff to upskill them. They don't have Cafeteria, Washrooms are always dirty. No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays. People calls Startek as MNC but it is not, neither the work environment nor the people of Startek. Managers don't know how to speak and they call themselves "Manager".
