New management of Sopra is partial and the company is unstable. The culture discourage top performers to add value to their job, as there is not initiatives to retain HiPo's. Everything is just a document and is not implemented. They favour people who joined or joins Sopra. The Attitide of management is visibly negative. While the industry is moving towards automation and systems, the Sopra management is getting rid of good systems in place and moving to excel sheets. This shows the level of maturity of the organisation in terms of moving to digital processes. Sopra is using Steria as a brand name to establish themselves while they have no market image of their own. The future of company is in the hands of some hipocrates who praise among themselves for the shit they create everyday....Read More
