Sopra steria is one of the best company operating in NCR region. It is an European MNC which take good care of it's employees. I had a good run with the company. There is ample opportunities to grow and learn if you have the zeal for it. Most managers are quite supportive. There is a good balance of work and life in Sopra steria.

The people who are working with the company since more than 10 years are there to stay forever and they do not like the change due to which they do a lot of politics which affects other team members. There is no provision of Work from home.
