They even charge for the shuttle which they provide for fixed time. If you miss the shuttle, you cannot board another shuttle. Despite transportation department drops you an email to deduct Rs. 100 for no show. Cab rates are very high. They didn't do my farewell on my last day which is done for each and every person. A greeting card and a gift is given for which they collect money from employees of same department. India center is a support center for UK, and at any point of time when things are not working out in UK from the costs reduction point of you. UK takes the India process back without any justification and then ask skilled/ experienced people to leave, irrespective of the fact the India resources are less costly and also has skills.

It's an employee friendly company with good recognition to employees

Strict WOrk from office even if you are not well. They support till a point but no deviation after that point even if you have genuine health issue and not able to come. No sick leaves, so if health challenges faced, you have to leave without pay. If so e policy changes based on your work credibility then it's a really good company. Not a pay master and pays below industry standards

They are laying off its employees every year, last year they laid off 70 employees and this year also. Only micro management , the hr is very rude and baised , don't listen to your concerns. No job security
