Work culture is good .you will feel you work at a place who respect your work.

They ask for planed leave,that's fine...... But in the need in casualty ,it is impossible to take casual leave in fine manner even you have enough leave left for the month.......in casualty only way left for you is shut down your mobile and pc and manage casual leave ,,later on face arrogant TL,leave without pay, HR etc

There's NOTHING to LIKE about it. You work here simply because you need a job to put food on the table. That's it.

They make you work like a labor, they make objections when you need a leave despite having the SLs and CLs in your leave account. Other than that they cut off some amount from your salary in the name of bonus that no HR will ever be able to explain to you WHY?! Their way of talking to you is nowhere near professionals and there is no hope of promotions or increment on the basis of your hard work.
