They ask for planed leave,that's fine...... But in the need in casualty ,it is impossible to take casual leave in fine manner even you have enough leave left for the month.......in casualty only way left for you is shut down your mobile and pc and manage casual leave ,,later on face arrogant TL,leave without pay, HR etc
