Nothing because their is no proper hearing as their being dictatorship kind of leadership.

Dislikes

Their is dictatorship kind of leadership style by Team Leader and Floor Manager. Whomsoever they want they keep and put some aligation on the employee and FNF done. Their is no proper hearing of the executive. Team Leader and Floor Manager uses inappropriate words everytime but at the same time if any inappropriate words used by executives they thrown out of the organisation. I think HR policy is same for the executives and the managers but they are not followed atall. Thirdly, HR does whatever the Team Leader and Floor Manager says without hearing the executives. HR being autonomous body but are highly influenced by the leaders which all wrong. My Team Leader was Miss Nidhi Singh I don't know how she got promoted which she never deserves. Their has to be some criteria for the same. I'll suggest Their should be external agency for team leader and floor manager audit for the behaviour things will be very clear then. Also team leader and floor manager coming office as per their flexible time but at the same time if executive coming to office even 5 minutes late their issues memo. Pathetic....Read More

Nothing. Its a horrible place to work especially RE department. Working culture sucks. Zero work life balance.

Everything. I don't think so there's is a single thing to love or admire about that company. They should upgrade themselves as a company. And start giving importance to their hard working employees.

Do not work here. These companies only steal some precious months out from your life and can kick you out anytime they wish to. My experience with the company is extremely poor and i would never recommend anybody waste their valuable time spending for the company. There is no work-life balance. They can force you either work in rotational as per company's requirement Or leave the company. If you tend to be career-oriented, do not choose such companies to work. There is no job security.
