From joining till working in startek company my experience went zero to low. Mainly as being a fresher I didn't expected that an hr of the company will be that rude to a new candidate, also I have experienced some partiality in the members of the company. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
