We get the opportunity to learn about many things as it has all kind of work like GST, TDS, BG and day to day accounting. So this helps you in knowing all the core area which is really helpful in overall growth.

Dislikes

Biggest problem with this company is that it has 6 working days which means we don't get time for yourself. In addition to that as it is a chinese MNC you will never get a chance to be in top management.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. High -quality product and has a global client base. work life balance not established, work environment is very good.

the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 10 to 14 hours straight in a day as i have attend owner in evening night any time .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
