Focuses on building a good product, They celebrate the festive holidays beforehand, Good package for freshers and not for long-term employees, Won't be easily laid off.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, Too much politics and drama, not suitable for an introvert or people who only want to work (without getting involved in their games), If you are a victim of harassment/conflict it would blame you for that (Victim blaming), Does Micromanagement and openly says no, HRM could be better instead of being just a management pleasing.
