There is nothing you can learn in this organisation, I am a girl and they tortured me a lot. Work load is so much high and there is no support from the project manager as well as team members. You doesn't work as an employee over here,but you work as a slave in this company. Please take time to find a more suitable job but dont join this organisation.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
