I worked as marketing executive in the company. The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

There is nothing you can learn in this organisation, I am a girl and they tortured me a lot. Work load is so much high and there is no support from the project manager as well as team members. You doesn't work as an employee over here,but you work as a slave in this company. Please take time to find a more suitable job but dont join this organisation.

Work life is very imbalanced, they dont care about your personal life. Even on holidays i was made to work in sake of job security.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
