Hiring process is biased and a total waste of time. Whether internal promotions or hiring, it feels more of corruption and politics than evaluating on qualifications. I would have given less than 1 star if it was available but unfortunately it's not there. Here it's a list of things which would come under dislike. Management is not proper, no corporate behavior, staffing partners will talk very rudely to employees as if they are giving their own salary to us. No proper tech stack allocation for the project... Like this tons of issues we can list down.

You can create and update your ideas in portal and company higher management always encourage us to do so. 4. Recognition is one of the key factor inside organization. 5. 1. Hicks not happened every year. I can guarantee you that if you are into the system from 5 years, you definitely missed 3 hicks. 2. They have throughout the year promotion cycle but its a lie. Your promotion only depends on your last year performance. 3. Onsite opportunity is there but in my project its a ball game. Only higher managers will get that opportunity
