very aggressive work environment, join only if you can work 12-15 hours a day, they pay you only when you join. once you join forget that you will get a promotion in 5 years and the only hike that you will get is 5-8% yearly.

Hire and fire company, would advice no one to join even if the HR promises to pay unreasonably high package

The company is on the verge of collapse, a great place for HR and staffing as they are always busy hiring and firing people. I will make you sit on bench for a month or two if there is a vacancy you can be put into any domain otherwise you will be fired on the spot, The probability of firing is more though,

...ordinates and don't know boundaries. Give false hope of appraisal and promotion. There has been no hike in the last 2 years. There has been silent firing. The HR’s are named as people’s manager, resource manager etc but are totally useless and unapproachable. The training, management is all a joke. They don't have respect for the employees. I would 100% never recommend anyone to work in this company.

No benefits, No hikes, appraisal not given this year and usually it is like only 7-10 %. No promotion, promotion cycle made too tough, too many irrelevant courses and tests around 200 hrs. Miser, don't have budget for team lunch as well
