However, once you join company struggles with delivering on promises such as appraisals, as i have not received one from last 2 years. No work life balance. The UPS project, though client is reasonable, but PS leadership is arrogant and uncooperative.

They won’t give appraisals people who are here waiting for more than 3 years for small hike. Initially they have granted permanent work from home but they have betrayed employees , demanding now for hybrid model

Politics , low Growth bcz of Non-technical managers , firing season once a year , Delayed Appraisals , Parents not covered in Health Insurance

The XT community is well rounded, upto date with latest tech stack and a focussed group. There are a lot of XT. projects working on latest tech stack with good learning trajectory.

Dislikes

... all weekends mandatory working for months (as many as 7-8 months at a stretch). The management may choose to pay you for working weekends if you have worked for a couple of months back to back and they sense some dissatisfaction. 2) The compensation is good only at the time of joining but once you are in, the hikes are really bad. Even with a promotion, the hikes are bad. 3) Career growth is very slow.
