Second year in a row with no hikes. Project pipeline is drying up and best people are leaving.
Zero hikes is a policy of PS which it implements in every 4-5 years but this has become so ruthless and frequent that now PS has an immense inventory to underpaid employees.
Who would be surprised is there is no hike in 2025 as well?
hint: you should not be surprised.
tip: leave this company asap, anywhere before they exploit you for another year and let you go.
