On one hand sapient is encouraging their employees for skills enhancement and providing resource but on other hand Sapient compensation policy is very poor as they wont give good increment to existing employees but can hire a new resource double/triple amount. Monopoly and groupism ….. Major compensation and promotions are not meant for everyone....its all consumed with groupism people.

Work life balance is terrible Management is very poor, even if client changes requirements no extra time is given to developer. Immense pressure put on developers. You have to work at least 12-14 hours easily.

...r choice. In my project, we have healthy work culture with team compatibility. -I have done some free technical certifications from AWS and got got salary hike because of it.

There are lot of portals for different purposes. Sometimes, its get confusing like where to reimburse medical bills.

Work culture has deteriorated with each passing day.. people dont go home just to increase visibility and its creating very unfavorable env for others

The company has a very nice work cultural. Mine was in a support role for a big IS client and work life balance was also good. Also I found that most of the other projects also has the nice work environment. Now on learning side I was bit disappointed as I have not found lot of new learning opportunities while working on the project as a support engineer.

Dislikes

There should be more learning opportunities. And compensation parity should be there.
