Its a good company. good for growth and learning. Activities and scope of learning is very good. One of the best company.

As usual nothing, but offering remote work is like a good power, offered to those who are in this company from long time. not for new joiner faced this and due to this have to left it earlier, which was painful and draining. Because the lady manager puts every struggle of herself and tried to convinced me more for office work which I couldn't make it because of small kids. And then she decided to not continue with me. I can understand that there are needs of clients and for that I convinced her that I can come twice of every month for both fixed days as it was hybrid like (2 days wfo). but sometimes it just happened because of "me factor". Publicis focuses on upskilling of people almost every day. In order to sustain in Sapient, you have to keep learning new technologies like Cloud, ThoughMachine and many more. This kind of push makes people very competent in terms of technical skills.

Dislikes

Job security is not there. Very difficult to get a project in Sapient. Cracking the interview of Sapient does not mean that you got a project. You have to again grind hard and go for client round of interviews once you join the company. If you are not able to crack the client round then after certain period of time you may get fired from the company. Asking any help from HR is of no use in Sapient. It is non existent in Sapient. So you can not tell any concerns to HR like workplace issue or salary issue etc. If you have urgency to join any company or location constraint , you can join this company ay your own risk....Read More
