I find lots of PPL working on other tech stack like java dev person has been forced to work on .net c# or any other tech stack.staffing is and management is bad ..they don't have any proper management skill set .only they care a bout the client billing and nothing else....Read More

Bad management.staffing and most of the person in mangent side they drive their own perception bcz they are associated with company for longer period so they ruled here despite having poor knowledge and HR is supporting then blidly their decesion. think before joing this company.

Company provides good package and flexible in meeting your demands during the hiring process. This makes onboarding experience smooth and welcoming.

However, once you join company struggles with delivering on promises such as appraisals, as i have not received one from last 2 years. No work life balance. The UPS project, though client is reasonable, but PS leadership is arrogant and uncooperative.

TA head only good at threatening, arrogance, absolutely rude. busy spreading negativity about PS leaders, makes fun, boasts a lot about Infosys, compares and degrades PS. Has zero knowledge about recruitment, technica l skills, industry trends. Stays away from critical, niche skill hiring.
