Bad management.staffing and most of the person in mangent side they drive their own perception bcz they are associated with company for longer period so they ruled here despite having poor knowledge and HR is supporting then blidly their decesion. think before joing this company.

Dislikes

Very ad hoc policies, senior leadership looks more like high school bullies than corporate. Also bonus and hikes are given out like favours from a benevolent God.

Dislikes

Leadership is least bothered about what is happening at account/projects. They mean only profit margins. People are least priority. There is no org work culture as such, we have to just follow the culture of managers and leadership people. HRs are just for namesake :(

Nothing. They are very good at fooling candidates while hiring.

1)Management is worst. 2)Hire and Fire(employees are useless when work/project is complete) 3)Fake promises to candidates that FXTE(fixed term employee) will be converted to permanent 4)Assigning wrong title(Devops for a developer) then need to take 12 to 13 tests and courses for just title change. 5)Team manager never speaks to team and speaks to team only if there is an issue. Manager doesn't know how to speak with team members. 6)Manager asks to overwork (16 to 18 hours). 7)Forced to take KT's even before relieving from previous company that too 15 days. 8)Join if you want to get trapped. 9) Harass employees to leave the company even before the contract. Company provides good package and flexible in meeting your demands during the hiring process. This makes onboarding experience smooth and welcoming.

However, once you join company struggles with delivering on promises such as appraisals, as i have not received one from last 2 years. No work life balance. The UPS project, though client is reasonable, but PS leadership is arrogant and uncooperative.

The composite losing business, especially significant clients like Lloyds Bank have got rid of them. No hike for anyone form last 2 years. Promotions are distant dream. Those who are on bench are desperate for projects and those who have got projects are desperately looking to quit. Job safety and Publicis Sapient are oxymorons.
