Zero work life balance. Managers expect us to work for 14-15 hrs daily. They don't know how to handle the project and employees working with them. Very rude behavior with the employees and will not even get proper KT on the project. There won't be any encouragement instead they blame for every small thing. I have never seen before awork environment like this. Though many people told about the company that the worklife balance would be worse and Managers would be dictators, I joined in a thought that my learning curve would be good but after joining the scenario was totally different. Lot of micro management would be there. Have to give status every hour or 2. I was cheated with good pay but got to know health and work life balance is much more important than Pay cheque. I was awestruck to see many people leaving the company within 6 months and 1 year from the time of joining . So many people suggested don't join sapient it's not good and works if balance is very poor. Even I have neglected the 2-star comment given by employees and I joined sapient. here managers are very rude they don't know how to handle project and employee and they won't give proper KT but except a lot of work from you. Even if you are suffering from health issues they won't care. Only they need their work to be done. Every 2 hr they will ping you to check the update. They will say core value and few points while joining. Believe me, they won't follow those things it's just to attract the employee. After entering it's lucky to get the preferred role. They will hire u for some role later they will assign you to a different role it's will happen. Please, guys, don't only give importance to money please give impotence to your health and work-life balance it's very important.
