Chill work provided that all your working is completed within stipulated time. No extra working hours (purely based on project). Managers are highly supporting.

Increment process is very very slow. Even after one year, associates haven't received their increment.

Job security. Atleast they keep you till 2 months, it can extend to 3-4 months as well dependipn upon your salary and position.

Just today, or yesterday dont know today or yesterday but yesterday I logged-in at 12pm and logoff at 5am. Project manager used to get any if you ask to logoff before 11-12hours. Worked more than 3 years but after release from 1st project/account didn't get any help to get new project from bench pool manager. Pool manager Saurabh Kamboj is very rude and doesn't know how to talk with employees. However after released from 1st project, within a month, I got selected for new project/account after 2 interview rounds and along with this, outside also I have got 1 offer. I was keen to go outside but LTIMINDTREE director/project manager asked me to revoke the resignation and will give onsite opportunity immediately. After discussion with higher management, I revoked resignation. Visa process also started and it took around 60 days. I have got the visa and was about to fly within 4 days. At the end moment, LTIMindtree manager called me and told project which you got selected is on hold, so travel plan has been canceled. After this situation, was expecting help to get project immediately but no help got from LTIMINDTREE management because of them I revoked resignation and denied outside offer. Most of the managerial positions and "power" is in Mumbai and you often see managers playing their dice on rating, salary, onshore opportunity. You might not even get to know that there were some onshore opportunities. Canteen food is not that good and you pay for all food . Most of the work needs onshore time assistance, but poorly compensated for working in shifts .
