I like the company security here, they are available and friendly all the time, the infrastructure and the interiors are so good, the workspace is very good here, people working in ltim are really helpful and so much passionate, I believe in ever day learning, LTIM learning platform was so much helpful for me.

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

If you take early releiveing of 30 days with 30+ leaves also Payroll team deduct more money even by encashing leaves and no proper update in full and final settlement. And no proper update from HR team on deduction. Totally unfair...very disappointed Dear folks whoever wants early early releiveing please get the letter confirming on settlement and resign.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero .
