Likes

Team mates are very supportive and friendly.Managers are humble and cooperative.Food and cab facility is given free of cost.Shift allowances are also provided.

Dislikes

Little bit of politics in team and organisation.people speak in local language during work hours.Rotational shifts 24/7.

Work Details

Worked for 1.5years in Mindtree.Struggled a lot in the beginning.Later on teammates have helped me.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance
