This is worst indian IT company. Rather I can say this is just a staffing company. They will fire you in name of Bench Policy, even if they do not give you a single opportunity.

After merge between Mindtree and L&T. Revised policy After merger is very bad and not Employee friendly. 60 Months bench policy is pathetic if you did not get any project, HR will call you and apply papers forcefully.

Bench policy, they told you will be on project from day 1 in hybrid mode but nothing is going as promised. all 5 days 6 hours each day teammates on bench should go office.
