There is nothing to be liked in LTIMindtree, It is a toxic place to work in. We are getting regular emails from HR stating that it is mandatory to fill this survey due to which I am filling this form. Folks if you want to spoil your life you can definitely join here

Dislikes

1. Promotion: The promotions are not provided even after 3 years for a fresher who has performed and got good ratings in appraisal cycle. 2. Hikes: I have constantly received hike percentage below 3% even after getting excellent ratings in appraisal cycle. The promotion and appraisal cycle are not fixed the company changes it based on their mood honestly speaking facts hike happens once in 1.5-2years in LTIMindtree. If your hike is delayed then the company will inform you later but first it will inform the new channels. 3. HR System Failure: HR's do not entertain any questions regarding hike. Either they will ghost you or say that you have got 3% and other companies have not even hike to their employees. 3. Work Force Management Team Failure: I had recently got onto bench everyday I tried reaching out to WFM team via email and teams chat but they are least concerned to get you allocated to a project. It shows that LTIMindtree is following silent firing technique. 4. Project Management: I have been working in a long term project where the project manager had accepted for unrealistic deadlines and used to make us work on Saturday and Sundays. Weekend work salary was not paid, the manager shamelessly calls us on weekends and asks us to work to provide us 3% hike in the end. 5. Leadership Miss Management: The CHRO in the Q2 results meeting when asked about when we will receive our hikes as it was already delayed makes fun of hikes and compares it to AI, this is so pathetic. The entire management is working hard to destroy a employee's growth At the end I only want to say that few months back we heard about the tragic death of an employee in one of the Big 4 companies. The stress that is offered by LTIMindtree is much greater than the one's in other companies. LT in LTIMindtree stands for Labor and Torture which is their main motto. LTIMindtree's tag line is welcome to the possible, unfortunately but in this organization growth, hike and mental health is impossible. For those who are planning to join here please do not join if you want your health to be spoiled and your growth to be stopped you can join this company. There is nothing left anymore to like about Ltimindtree. During merger, it seems the management decided to merge all the negative policies of erstwhile lti and erstwhile Mindtree to create new policies for ltimindtree.

Everything, be it work culture, appraisal and appreciation, job satisfaction or growth. Everything sucks here lately.
