Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . There is no job security at all. Till the time you are billable you are safe and the day you are not align with billable role you will put into Bench and have 60 days to find project on your own otherwise forces to resign on 60th day

They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

Working on shifts were not mentioned on interview. New joiners don't get option to choose projects or shifts. Inter department shifting or promotion is difficult. No work life balance. Encourage to hustle and pick up call 24*7 and 365 days. Layoffs and no recognition.
